Modern CRE needed to grow their visibility and authority through consistent, high-value content, both written and video, to attract and engage their target audience.

Starting with the website
Our engagement began with technical SEO and site restructuring. We migrated Modern CRE’s site from WordPress to Squarespace for speed, simplicity, and better performance – while implementing keyword targeting, page hierarchy improvements, and clean backend structure built for search.

Creating unique content that connects
With the backend dialed, we turned our focus to content. On one side: a steady cadence of SEO-driven articles tailored to Modern CRE’s core audience of brokers, owners, and investors – offering valuable insights into market trends, site selection, and development strategy.
On the other: a branded video series called “I Make Things In,” hosted by founder David. Shot in a cinematic vlog style with drone footage, the series highlights several, bold industrial brands:
